Looking for Animal Ghost Stories!!

My Rottweiler died when I fed her pet food that was poisoned. The morning of the day she died, I knew she didn't want me to leave..but worked called and I had to go. She died on my bed and it was not a pretty site. It was as if a human died because of her size. I had to get a new bed and tear up the carpet. Shortly, after we did the contruction on the new bed, I thought I felt her getting up on the bed several times. Their was one night, I heard her barking so loud I woke up and told "Shadow" to be quiet. Quickly after realizing she may of been in that room I went to the edge of the bed to speak with her. I didn't feel anything, nor heard nothing else, but I knew she was there.

Well, I had a small shadow run throught my kitchen to back door which leads to the garage. even my dog barked at it. It was not a mouse as it was more like a shadow, and my Mom saw it as well. I have a cat but he was well across the street, and he is long and lean. My dog went into frenzies, so I tried an EVP.


Nothing, any suggestions?

Hi, Wanda. Was the shadow humanoid in size or more animal size? Interesting...so, I am guessing it was lower to the ground like an animal. Your cat or dog have any furry friends that passed? :C)

There is a spirit cat that STILL lives in our house. I can’t be certain what cat it might be though. My family calls me the real life cat woman. I have two cats that live within my house as well as countless strays that like I hang around. It’s like there’s a flashing sign over our house that says “here kitty kitty.” So needless to say I have had countless cats.

The spirit that resides here is a BIG kitty. HUGE we’re talking about 2-3 feet when it’s sitting down. I have seen it on many occasions usually it looks yellow or sometimes I can just see a shadow of it. It actually came down the hall once and meowed at my hubby and even decided it would try chasing me down that same hall. My only guess would be that it was my cat Ping Ping but like I said I can’t be sure. I was very close to that cat. He was an indoor-outdoor cat and would sit outside my window and meow until I let him in (I took the screen off just for him.) One day he went missing. I checked all the shelters and even posted pictures, no luck. Then about 5 years later my neighbor who lives on the other side of the field next to our house called and asked if I had ever found the black cat that I had been looking for. I said I hadn’t and he said he might have found him. I didn’t waste a minute getting down there. The moment I got out of the car I knew something was wrong. He wasn’t holding a cat and I didn’t see one around. Then he took me to his backyard and said he had found a cat under the porch that morning and it hadn’t been there the night before. He wasn’t alive and my neighbor had failed to tell me that. I was crushed to say the least. I crawled under and pulled him out. It was Ping, there was no mistaking it. I know a lot of cats look alike but when you’re that close to one it’s like seeing a friend. He had a little piece missing from his ear as well as a little white spot on his chest and one white toe on his left foot. My only guess was that he might have been picked up by someone and had been trying to make it back home. He was an older cat so when he had died he had to of been at least 15 or so years old.

I took him home a buried him myself. I really think that this might be the same cat just not willing to lose me and his home again.
