Anyone meditate?

You can have anything come from meditation and it doesnt even have to be a formal meditation.
You can feel , hear and see and its quite common to feel dizzy afterwards if you have had a deep meditation and this means you need to ground yourself after.

When you hear music, do you mean meditate using music or music is heard within you when you silence the mind? I know of someone who wakes up to hearing music. :C)

Music is heard from within me, you can feel it. It's weird... it just comes right from me. I don't listen to music when I meditate. What does this mean, please? And yes, I feel a little dizzy afterwards, but then I am back here.
