Please help me compile a list of...

I'd like to compile a list of common ghost phenomena, both obvious, like footsteps or moving objects, and subtle like movement in your peripheral vision or a feeling of dread.

Please help me by listing the phenomena / symptoms you have noticed or had reported for both haunted houses and possession/obsession of people.

PS the people that came to cleanse my house did not charge anything. they spent a whole day with me, took their time, were generous, caring, compassionate and it worked and cost me nothing.

You are my good friend and I never doubted for an instant that you have good reason for you beliefs.

I am 100% sure that your experiences are real, and that you have drawn reasonable conclusions based on them.

Now you get to see my big but....

BUT,
I am not personally sure that the causes of your experiences are paranormal, or that your reasonable conclusions are the correct ones. That is not meant to be an insult. How could I be sure of something that happened to you, right? I do not fault believers just because they come to different conclusions than I might in the same situation. I did not share your experiences, and I would not want to venture an opinion on them.

I guess I am trying to say that you do not have to defend yourself to me. From the moment we met, I have never thought one bad thing about you. <3

and by the way - I had so many other folks experience the same thing, not just me - babysitters, friends, my mother the biggest skeptic in the world refused to ever sleep over my house again after her first night sleeping there.

and after looking at my list, if you have natural and reasonable explanations for those things, I would be happy to listen. Of course you at this time can not visit that house and prove your theories, so it would only be speculation, but I would be curious what kind of natural explanation you would have for any or all of those things.

in any case - you see the list was long and that 6 years of my life was the weirdest and creepiest I have ever experienced. Never had it happen in a previous house or later house so it was not my mental illness [LOL - I do not have one but had to throw that in]

31] speaking on the telephone with someone about the disturbances in my home. while on that topic, the static on the phone gets so loud we can not hear each other speaking. when we change the subject the line is clear.
32] closet door flies open and a game that was in there comes shooting out and lands in the middle of the floor.
33] hearing music and singing when no radio or TV is on
34] waking up and finding yourself standing in your nightgown with your hand on the door ready to leave the house and not knowing how or why you are there

on 2] we had to disconnect and not have any smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors on the 2nd floor of our house at all, because they went off all the time and at all hours of the day and night, we just gave up and did not have any up there because it made no sense to do it. the alarms were loud, unexpected and upsetting so we just could not have any up there.

I feel compelled to bring upa point here.

A lot of the common symptoms of hauntings and such can also readily be explained by natural events.

I am not very knowledgable about the potential ethics problems of a paranormal based business, so I hope that you will allow me to ask a couple questions. I mean no insult by them, and i hope you will forgive me if I phrase them badly.

I am wondering if you feel that you have a responsibility to your clients to eliminate the possible natural causes first, before providing them with your services. If so, what steps do you take to do so? How do you protect your clients from possibly misleading themselves, and say, not getting proper medical attention for some condition, or wasting their money on your services when they are not called for.

Please do not take this as an attack on you or the value of your service, I am simply very interested in this aspect of what you do.

very good point Canis. I myself in my case did all the natural eliminations by calling my electric and gas provider, calling in a contractor etc. Since this was the first house I had ever had this happen in, and I had lived in several houses before and others after, I knew it was something new and different. I am sure there are folks out there that may not be well or have other problems that could be intrepreted as haunting etc.

I would be curious how long you have done this David and what kind of things you do to help folks etc, to rule out physical or natural causes etc.

and since I provided such a nice and exhausting list of wonderful paranormal activity I experienced, I expect a percentage of your fees. LOL.....

Replying to the specific and implied questions above...

I work remotely and can both 'see' (remote view) and dowse what is going on. I have many instances in which I had other psychics, dowsers and healers who also work remotely and other who work on site, confirm both my 'reading' and that all was cleared. The best confirmation is a psychic child living in a home who give the exact same number of entities I saw and tells the parents they are gone.

People come to me to solve a problem... a house won't sell or their child has a monster in the closet. A business won't grow. They became ill when they moved into a new house. If, when my work is done, their problem is gone then it's confirmation.

If my track record was not good I could not do this as my business, eh?

I do not tell them when I am working so there is no placebo effect. My job is to solve problems not rule out confusion or talk to ghosts for that matter.

While I am fascinated with investigation, that is not my work. My work is clearing... on many levels, only one of which is entities. I help individuals, families and business with intractable problems. They have usually ruled out the obvious themselves and, if I found no entities... which is uncommon... I would tell them that.

But there is the effect of underground water, technology, ley lines, vortexes, historic events, tribal wars, etheric toxic waste, time/space anomalies and the dramas and traumas that have occurred in the house. All of which affect emotional and physical health and all of which can be mitigated. Saying I'm a ghost rescuer like a contractor is a 'nailer.' It's a skill not my work.

As for taking money? The village shaman was cared for by the village. Today it's a global village and we use a medium of exchange rather than bartering a chicken. You pay your car mechanic and your doctor, right? Is this work less valuable?

What I do is specialized dangerous work that few people can do effectively. I have had demons appear in my kitchen attempting to attack me for clearing a site. It does not go well for them. But it is not without scars and recover time. And... I do a LOT of pro bono work.

I've spent 3 years apprenticing, 30 years practicing and the last 5 years doing this full time. It's my life work and I'm happy to help.

Indeed, some of you don't have Jane's experiences. I'd venture to say you don't have mine either?
