Prince reveals he was cured of a serious childhood health condition -- after encountering an angel.

"I've never spoken about this before, but I was born epileptic," he told Tavis Smiley on the author's April 27 show. "I used to have seizures when I was young."

Music's most secretive star went on to tell the talk show host that he was cured after being reassured by an angelic apparition, saying, "My mother told me one day I walked into her and said, 'Mom, I'm not going to be sick anymore.' And she said, 'Why?' And I said, 'An angel told me so.'"

During the show, Prince also discussed a difficult childhood and the complicated relationship he had with his father. Regarding music, he predicted that in the future, all artists would own their master recordings.

I too,was blessed my a Angel,she came she spoke I saw her as a bright light,she said I must not smoke and my husband must not smoke and it was very importion that we stop smoking before the new year.This was in Oct,2004
How can I control my husbandfrom smoking,I stoped right away,but he smoked into Dec.
This I had to tell him a Angel said you must not smoke.
He thought I lost my mind,but stoped smoking was not taking any chances

From Purple Rain to the Sign of the Times. It all makes perfect sense now. He was destined to be rock star! Kidding. I’m thankful that he had his angel’s help. Boy do I miss the sounds of 7.

Quite interesting.
About 3 years ago my son, who was 7 at the time, was diagnosed as an Epileptic. The meds worked for a while but he was taking certain meds that heightened his sensisitivity to seizures. He began to have grand mal seizures every night in June of this year. They were terrifying to say the least.
The anti-seizure meds to didn't work. Then I was lead to Saint Valentine, who is the Patron Saint of Epileptics and I began to pray to him, I asked ArchAngels Michael, Raphael and Metaron to help. The seizures continued every night, some times as many as 3 in 1 night. I was terrified.
Then in July they stopped. He hasn't had a seizure since June.
He hasn't been on anti-seizure meds either. I like to believe it was St. Valentine and the 3 AAs.
