I see flashes of white light, they are translusent round circles and the size varies. They flash in front of my eyes or near my face. Do you think they are trying to communicate with me or get my attention? What should I do? I do wonder 'who' are they.
I get these also all the time, mainly when I lay in bed and watch television before calling it a night. I get the colorful ones...sometimes white ones but not always. Blues and greens always seem to be the favorites.
You are now open to the other side, and there for they want to make their presense known to you. They could be anyone, angelic to loved ones. But if they are getting up in your face, then that might be a sign that I would take to heart. They might be trying to warn you of something.
You can tell them to back off a little and not to get right up in your face, let them know that makes you feel a little uncomfortable...they'll understand.
To be on the safe side, I would see an optometrist. This could be a sign of retinal detachment. If you have diabeties type 1 or 2, this could be a cause of that. This is something not to take lightly. DO IT NOW!!!
So it is not from being shot. I always thought it was. I see them all the time. no matter what I am doing or where I am. I don't meen it is solid and non stop but mulitple times daily full of beautiful colors. Red, Blue, Green. pretty much all the colors of the rainbow.
Thanks for your advice Ira. I get an eye exam yearly, and last year I mentioned the flashes of lights to the optometrist, and he tested me for glaucoma and looked inside of my eye for abnormalities. He said things looked good. I did initially think something was wrong with my vision, but that's been ruled out.. I've been tested for diabetes as well. And it's negative.
Well there we go then...medical conditions have been ruled out.
I see the same things...I don't have diabetes or high blood pressure. My eyes are not the best...but both my husband and I can be watching tv in the bedroom...and we BOTH will see the same bright orb in the corner. So I say...what are the chances of both of us having the same medical problems? If we both visually see the same exact color orb both at the same time. Then it has to be paranormal...right?
I was thinking about hanging christmas lights in my bedroom to make it look really festive...don't need to..the orbs do that for me...lol
Glad to hear that. You can't be too careful. I would hate to think that someone I knew went blind when something could have been done to pervent it. This is actatly what my optometrist warned me about and if I saw anything like this to be sure to get medical treament imediately.
Kat, I'm not any expert on orbs. I just want people to be safe.
Oh hey Ira...that's cool..better to be safe than sorry. I have what they call floaters in both my eyes...though they say it's from bad blood vessels, I disagree with that. Over time of my younger days of wearing makeup and mascara and not washing it off before bedtime. All this makeup has got under the pupil and is floating around in there. But they still don't interfer with my eye sight.
There is so much to be researched about orbs..as they are such a mystery. But I do know this...since I have open my heart and mind to the paranormal community...things are really starting to reveal themselves to me. I think once they know that we can see them...they make themselves more visable and known.
I appreciate all your input in the forum and how you analyze pictures. You are a great help to all of us.
Thank you, Kat. I very much appriciate your comments.
I too have "flotters". Lots. I was told they are a result of the fluid in the eye becoming solid. And eventulally they would drop. I'm not convinced that is what it is, but I'm not a doctor. I hope she is wright. Sometimes they get in the way of my work.
Another cool thing I can see is the blood cells moving threw the capilaries in the retna. I have had one doctor tell me that's impossible, but even my son can see them also. No they are not red. They are a translucent white. The reason I know what they are is I can see the path they are moving in. Just like ants traveling one at a time through their tunnels, but always in the same direction. Always in the same locations.
Now that's some powerful eyes! But I know what you mean about having the floaters when your trying to do your work and look at photographs...it sucks. It really get bad when I look at white walls.. that's when I can see every single floater in my eyes.
If you would like to try seeing the blood cells: look at a pale blue sky, DONT move your eyes, Very important. Look past the flotters. Watch for the ant movement. The first time I saw these is when I was skydiving. Not while. At the drop zone, we would be looking up alot watching other skydivers. Thats when I first noticed them.
