Made a lot of progress. It's been awhile since I've posted on my blog. I've gotten better with the sleep attacks. The sleep attacks can be intense, but then a few things have shifted. I have been preparing myself mentally for the Fall. This is when depression sets in for a lot of people including me, so I've prepared myself and have been carefully extending my spiritual practice a bit. I got a new Camera!

My birthday was on January 13th and I got a new digital camera. I am so excited. What can you do with a camera? anything, of course. I'm going to be visiting with my grandma in her house this weekend, I will bring my camera and take some pictures and get some evps too.
