It's a spooky looking picture for sure! I think that I see the hooded figure you are referring to, but I am not sure becuase I do not see the "beady read eyes." Could you give me an idea of where they are located?

There could have been something laying there that you may not have noticed, but with the shutter speed and movement it distorted it to make it appear larger.
This is the result of a slow shutter speed and movement of the camera.
