Scary EVP I found on the web: Can anyone explain why a ghost would be saying it???

I ran across this disturbing EVP video online. The ghost says "I have the body of a pig" followed by a grunt. Why would a spirit say this??? Can ghosts carry mental illnesses with them into the aft...
