Well if not moisture, bugs or pollen.
These to me look like moisture orbs, maybe it was sprinkling out.
I lightened the picture but did not see anything in the picure.
Windows and mirrors are always tough call because of the reflections that causes things that really are not there, so I would call what you have in this picture pareidolia.
Sorry not seeing anything.
i see somwhat of a face inside the closet towards the very top...is that what you are speaking of or do you see something else?
